A+, 5-Star experience. If you look at the pic closely you can see where I damaged the wall with the wrong bracket. I was attempting to mount a shelf to support the microwave. I'm not a novice, but I'm not a pro. Mark is a pro. He sized it up in a minute, mounted it professionally to match our existing cabinets, in a fraction of the time it took me to do what I did there. Mark built a pedestal for washer-dryer for me. He is professional, easily approachable, does quality work, and charges reasonable price. He troubleshooted an issue with lack of recessed vents for the dryer by custom building the pedestal in such a way that I can still push it against the wall (flush with the door margin) without needing recessed vents. This helped me save space in my small laundry room and also saved me a lot of money on installing recessed vents.
